Final Submission (I made it 😃)
"Master Key" is a rugged, hand-crafted weapon designed by a locksmith. Covered with tape and cloth straps gives him perfect grip in every situation. Reinforced with keys, nails and metal scraps for extra durability. It showcases a brutal elegance with intricate embeddings and practical modifications. He always carry spare shells on the stock and he's prepared for everything with most needed tools close by. A makeshift bayonet adds a deadly edge, while each element tells the story of its meticulous, crafty owner who knows that every lock-mechanical or metaphorical-has a key. Small bore works best with moving targets, while big one equipped with Rock Salt Shells can open any lock and any door even from up-close making sure you can run, but you can't hide...

Finished with textures, did some tweaks and repairs whole yesterday and now doing some compositions for renders in Marmo.

Finally done...
Took a bit longer than I wanted tho.
With 80 separate objects I'm totaling at 44k verts/84k tris.
I guess when u go for straps, belts etc. don't expect it to be compact 😅
Already did some tests with baking so it should go quite nice. I'll be targeting at 3 UDIMs, but who knows.
Think I'm done with High Poly...

Worked a bit on those straps.
Overall process is simple:
1.Get your straps, don't need internal side if not visible
2.Add surface noise of your liking (saving it to separate layer won't hurt)
3.Adding all those bumps, damaged threads and stuff (inflate/displace/standard)
4.Adding cuts and overall damages (anything that cuts thin lines)
Same with other straps...

Trying some new workflows in Zbr and it's taking a bit more time than I would wish but heading right direction.

Figured out I need a "key" mechanical sights so I'm testing solutions... need to weld them on 😃
