Polychrome, Carved Wooden Karang Asti Stand & Gong (Kempli) from Bali,Indonesia – Rizal Rizfani

I found this prop while searching some historic antique from my home country. Bali is known for their culture heritage and their people. music is one of them. this one is a type of kempli. modern kempli is only consist of a simple gong but this one is exception. the sides is carved of elephant face known as karang asti (karang gajah in indonesian) it is one of the carved ornament motifs from bali.

it says it was traded from a family around 1950s but I believe the age of this prop is more earlier than that. but if this one is not qualified from the requirement please let me know.
