Finished my blockout and I feel like the overall proportions are somewhat accurate, I will keep tinkering on until I feel like the proportions and silhouette matches the reference. After that is moving on to Zbrush and start the ornamental detailing.

Super excited to partake in this challenge as the theme really is interesting. I have decided to do a Khakkhara which is a staff topped with metal rings traditionally carried by Buddhist monks.
The staff has a disputed origin since several versions of it are given, but what all the versions have in common is that the staff is recommended by the Buddha in order to ward off animals. Either for protection, or for scaring of small creatures that might be trod on by wandering monks.
