also created these procedural alphas using substance designer and then used the height maps in zbrush.

I couldn't work since last week cause of health issues.
So here is the update of day 2. I am currently doing high poly sculpting in zbrush. Started with the big pieces on the front side of the crown...reason was to make sure of the scale of the big pieces before making more complex ornamental curve/shapes. Thank you.
Today I have blockout the crown shape. After adjusting the crown according to the head shape, I have blockout some details of the crown.
